Sensitive, professional, and highly trained nurses and home health aides deliver a wide range of personalized care services to help seniors live safely. Specialized training equips nurses and aides to provide memory care services in a variety of settings. Individualized services are tailored to each person’s needs and coordinated by a nurse, who functions as a case manager. Menorah Licensed Home Care is fully licensed and regulated by the New York State Department of Health.
• Services available 24 hours a day, seven days a week
• Emergency responses and safety checks up to every two hours
• Reminders for and/or assistance with bathing, dressing, meals, and medications
• Assistance with personal and housekeeping tasks
• Laundry assistance
• Transportation assistance
• Medication pre-fill services
• All packages include: aide response to emergency situation, nursing assessment every six months, and lock out services
